How to order?
- Just follow these simple steps in ordering your desired design.
- Click this website: https://cncpaint.ph/collections/all
- Choose designs then click Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout. Select COD as Payment option.
- Enter your complete shipping details.
- That's it. We'll get notified and we'll process your order for shipment.
How to cancel an order?
Once order has been checked out, cancellation is not possible on customer’s end. You can send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org or PM us in Facebook to cancel your order.
- We can cancel your order as long as the item was not shipped and tracking number is not yet generated.
What is the payment method?
- We accept Cash on Delivery and you can also pay through bank transfer.
How long should I wait for my order to arrive?
- Shipping will take 3-7 days depending on your location.
- Please take note that our shipping and delivery service is handled by a third party courier, whether it would be LBC, Xpost, CargoKing(Lazada), etc. We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it’s in transit status.
- The courier do not deliver during Sundays and Holidays.
There are instances that shipping time may take longer than what we stated because of these following reasons:
- Bottlenecks in shipping.
- Incomplete shipping address.
- Area not covered via COD or area is considered as remote area.
- Unreachable mobile number.
- Bad weather.
Can I change my shipping information?
You can send us email at email@example.com or PM us in Facebook if you would like to change or update something in you shipping information.
- Please take note that once the order has been processed or shipped we can no longer change anything in the shipping information.
Can I ask for a refund?
No. Please be advised that you have options to cancel your order before and after it has been shipped. You can always inquire for the design's specifications and details before placing your order.
- Delivery will push through once order was shipped and we cannot cancel orders once it's in transit already but you can refuse it when it will be delivered, as long as package is not opened, customers have options not to pay for the parcel and refuse it upon delivery.
- We can only process replacement for defective items. Send us photos of the defective item so we can check and will process replacement.
Missing items in the kit?
- Please let us know what are the items missing in the kit and send us photos of the package that you have received so we can check and send you the things that are missing.
Is the paint included in the kit enough for the design?
- As we have tried these DIY paintings, paints included in the kit is enough for the design but if ever there will be issues with the paint, just let us know and send us a photo of the paint containers and your work in progress of the painting so we can check on it, report it to the supplier and will send additional paint if necessary. But what we suggest is to apply all the paints first so we would know if there are other paints that has issues so we can process all paints that are insufficient or has issues in one shipment.

Due to the difference between monitor resolutions and printing quality of the provided sample design, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.
